Meet Hayley:
Expert Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Hayley is a dedicated Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer. Her journey began in 2008 following a serious car accident that resulted in a back injury. Through Pilates, she successfully rehabilitated herself and developed a deep passion for the practice, fascinated by the connection between movement and mental engagement.
Hayley earned her Diploma in Pilates Instruction from the Pilates International Training Centre in Melbourne in 2010. Since then, she has worked in various studios and physiotherapy clinics, honing her skills under Sara Colquhoun’s mentorship until 2015. Additionally, she traveled to San Diego to study the Pilates Method with Eric Franklin, enriching her understanding and expertise. Known for her engaging and challenging classes, Hayley has built a loyal following in Sydney’s group reformer and mat scene.
In 2020, she expanded her qualifications by obtaining her Certificate III and IV in Fitness, integrating weight training into her offerings. Hayley has completed several specialized courses focused on women’s health, including GGS Level 1 Coaching for Women, AWPT Women’s Biomechanics, The Rehab Series, The Conscious Coach, pre and post natal certificate and The Neuroscience of Coaching.
Hayley is passionate about helping clients rehabilitate injuries, relearn movement patterns, and support pre and post-natal women through their unique journeys. She is committed to empowering individuals to become their strongest selves, guiding them to move mindfully while building a solid foundation for progress in every session.
